Jess Lynn Goss is a San Francisco based editorial and commercial photographer. Her work draws on culture, nature and empathy.

With a background in journalism and education, Jess creates honest, intimate imagery with her subjects’ desires, struggles and triumphs in mind.

Reveling in what some might consider contradictions, Jess folds the underground into the mainstream, imagines dreamscapes grounded in realism, and blends traditional film  processes with digital technologies.

Stemming from her Mexican-American heritage, gender fluidity and an equal love for both carefully choreographed ballets and chaotic mosh pits - Jess understands that each and every one of us has a complexly beautiful history, identity, and future.
